Sit back and let your mind imagine you in a different form
Take a seat and breathe in and out. Think about what can make you choose to be happy because happiness is not a destination it is a choice. Now day dream about the form or different environment you would like to see your self in 5 years.
Doing exercises like that will gravitate you towards your dream world and make it reality.
