Lonely Walks to The Store

Leaving my hotel room to go to the store my mind starts racing and I notice my heads held up a little bit higher today.

Is that my dad’s truck i see ?

Is he coming to save me ?

I know the answer. No. We are in two different states.

It’s a little colder out side now that Halloween is over and turkey day is coming plus Christmas following New Year. (NOW BREATHE AND PAUSE). Yay ! Winter time aka cuddle weather and family season.

OH NO!! WAIT ?!! Is this another year am I am going to be with out family?

Maybe maybe not but I am in a holiday mood knowing my future is going to be okay. Holiday times is a healing for my soul I honestly believe. We need it, well I do especially growing up with every year love money or not.

I find my mind has changed during this walk. Another season coming in but a different mindset has appeared. Passed sinning or winning . I’m already at the award line. Finna get my trophy and words of praise
